Refund Policy

While it is not the practice of the Georgia 4-H Foundation to return Gifts or payments once they are made, we do acknowledge instances in which a gift or payment is made in error. In that event, the Foundation will first suggest transferring the gift or payment to another program or initiative or toward an outstanding pledge. If neither of those options meets the donors' intentions, the Foundation can in some instances issue a refund, minus credit card fees incurred from the transaction. Refund requests for payments to events managed by the Georgia 4-H Foundation or the Georgia 4-H program must be made three weeks prior to the event. Payments for merchandise purchased through the 4-H Foundation cannot be refunded.
